  1. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.
  2. Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a 50% refund.
  3. Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for any refund.
  4. No-shows will not be eligible for any refund.
  5. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  6. Any changes or modifications to reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  7. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or resort closures, management reserves the right to offer alternative dates or a full refund at their discretion.
